How Xive Honors GPC Signals
Where required by applicable law, Xive recognizes and honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or similar purposes.

Device & Browser Specific
GPC signals apply to the specific browser or device from which the signal is sent. They may not apply across multiple devices, browsers, or user accounts unless otherwise required by law.

Some browsers, devices, or browser extensions allow users to automatically communicate privacy preferences using Global Privacy Control ("GPC").
What GPC Means for Your Data
Where required by law, Xive treats a detected GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including the use of personal information for:
- Cross-context behavioral advertising
- Targeted advertising
- Similar tracking activities
When a GPC Signal is Detected:
Xive will process the request automatically.
No additional verification or user action is required.
The opt-out applies to the browser or device that transmitted the signal.
GPC Signal Limitations
GPC signals are browser- and device-specific. Unless otherwise required by law, they do not automatically apply to:
- Other browsers or devices
- Logged-in accounts used on different devices
- Offline data collected outside of the detected environment
